We offer 4 and 6-panel fold out cover options for your book production.

The 4 panel fold out option keeps things to the point, while the 6 panel option gives you lots of extra space to work with for your covers!

Saddle Stitch Binding

Capacity: 8-80 Pages
Ideal for:

Saddle Stitching involves using staples to secure sheets in the center, forming a spine. While cost-effective, note that these booklets may not lay completely flat due to the perpendicular placement of the staples.

Square Back Saddle Stitch

Capacity: 8-80 Sheets
Ideal for:
  • Catalogs
  • Periodicals/Newsletters

Similar to saddle stitching, this process includes an additional step to flatten the spine, offering a more polished appearance at a lower cost compared to perfect binding.

PUR Perfect Binding

Capacity: 16-1000 Pages
Ideal for:
  • Catalogs
  • Periodicals/Newsletters

Perfect Binding involves using glue to bind pages together, creating a durable, elegant, and flat-spined book. PUR Perfect Binding, utilizing Polyurethane Reactive adhesive, offers enhanced durability and flexibility compared to EVA binding.

Note: Perfect Binding is recommended for books over 100 pages (50 sheets) to prevent potential adhesive issues in shorter documents.

Coil / Spiral / Wire-O Binding

Capacity: 8-8000 Pages
Ideal for:

Coil / Spiral Binding uses a plastic spiral for binding.

Wire-O Binding uses a metal, twin-looped wire for a more polished look, albeit more prone to damage if bent.

Both coil/spiral and wire-O bindings offer secure punch-and-bind processes to accommodate various document thicknesses.

Yes, you can change your design after receiving a Perfect Proof. Keep in mind, though, that requesting additional Perfect Proofs after your initial review may result in extra charges. This process ensures you can refine your design to your satisfaction while being aware of potential added costs.

A gloss finish adds shine and vibrancy, while a matte finish provides a more subtle, sophisticated sheen with reduced glare and fingerprints. We offer both.

High gloss UV coating offers extra shine and durability, making prints more resistant to scratches and scuffs, suitable for materials that need added protection. High gloss coatings also increase reflectivity, causing images to appear more crisp and vibrant.
